Brand manager:
To grow the sales and service of a specific brand, by increasing personal productivity and the productivity of the Beauty Stylist assigned to the area of responsibility. The Brand Manager will lead the area of responsibility, as well as all 0xx associates, by teaching product knowledge, and the artistry and service skills needed for consistent brand growth.
Job Description:
Along with the Beauty Sales Manager, Treatment Business Manager and Luxury Experience Manager, The Brand Manager is responsible for the fault in-store coaching and development of new and existing Beauty Stylist for a specific brand within the area of responsibility. The Brand Manager will work and sell side by side with the Beauty Stylist, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Dillard‘s Beauty Academy behaviors that lead to increased sales and Service indicators. Along with the Beauty Sales Manager, Treatment Business Manager and Luxury Experience Manager, the Brand Manager will work with the brand’s vendor partner on all support needed to drive basic and promotional business, both in-store and outside of the store. This position reports to the Beauty Sales Manager and Treatment Business Manager/Luxury Experience Manager.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
